FOUNDER

Born of a nursing family, Rodney felt called to heal from a young age. He’s spent his career putting people to sleep — and now he wants to help them wake up. He’s the founder of the non-profit organization Heal Our Healers and is developing a curriculum for the Metacare Practitioner, a “healer of the healers.” Rodney works as a CRNA in Birmingham, AL and is a consulting hypnotist.

Shannan is a freelance marketing writer with extensive experience in the healthcare space. She has degrees from Emory University and the Portfolio Center/Miami Ad School. Shannan is functional fitness enthusiast, certified yoga teacher and wife to Rodney.

ADMIN, METACARE PRACTITIONER

Amy is a registered nurse who has focused on gastroenterology for over 18 years. She began as a sedation/circulating nurse and is currently a practice manager at Medical West Hospital. She became the first-ever level 1 Metacare Practitioner in 2024.

ADMIN, RECOVERY ADVOCATE

Nick is a practicing CRNA and active in the recovery community as a member, sponsor, mentor and speaker. He’s a also a Hyrox coach and co-owner of OTM Fitness in Hoover, AL.
